Class OptionsChair Yoga - You don't need a yoga mat, or workout clothes and any chair will do! This yoga class consists of gentle movements and breath work and is suitable for yogis of all levels and abilities. We focus on relieving tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders, while finding a fuller breath and a calm mind.
Gentle Flow - In this class we use a yoga mat and engage the whole body in our practice, working to find fuller range of motion throughout the body. Gentle, flowing sequences allow a connection of body and breath, creating a calming and meditative practice.
Vinyasa - This class builds on Gentle Yoga Flow, creating a stronger practice that incorporates postures that encourage and challenge strength and balance, while providing modifications to keep the class accessible.

We believe that consistency is key when creating space for a yoga practice. We recommend a weekly class offering, which allows your people to develop their practice and incorporate the gains into their daily life. For companies with a larger workforce, twice weekly may be a better option to accommodate schedules. Bi-weekly or monthly classes are also available.

Format

Online: Preferred for the modern work environment that incorporates work from home and flex hours - this is a great way to include all employees. There is no attendance cap for these classes.
In person: Works well for traditional workplaces where employees are all in a single location and have an available space to be used as a studio. (For chair yoga classes, this may simply be a conference room). Attendance is limited by the capacity of the designated onsite studio. In person option is only available in Winnipeg. |
Length

Standard lengths are 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Typically we find that 30 minutes is adequate for a chair yoga class and that 45 or 60 is better for gentle flow and vinyasa. We will work with you to find the best length of class for your team.
