The Deliverables


  • Tailored, accessible yoga for you and your staff. No prior experience required.
  • Clear, simple cuing, and modification options to accommodate people of various abilities.
  • Styles available: Chair, Gentle Flow and Vinyasa.
  • Classes are currently available via Zoom. Options for in person classes will be available in Winnipeg as social distancing restrictions relax.
  • Taught by a practitioner with 10 years of teaching experience and 10 years of working in various sectors of corporate America - I've sat in that chair.

Lindsay Nance

Yoga + Movement Instructor (200 hr RYT)

I am a  certified yoga instructor and a classically trained actor.  For more than a decade I have been studying the human body. I have been driven to discover not only how we can find more strength, flexibility and range in our movements, but also how we can move with more poise, grace + ease. 

Throughout those years I have also spent a significant portion of time working in corporate settings, in various sectors, including admin, marketing and HR. My years of working in offices are what drive me to bring yoga to the workplace, to help others in the daily practice of identifying and releasing unnecessary tension and the discovery of greater balance.

My yoga instruction is highly influenced by my acting and movement training - I have been inspired by the teachings of F.M. Alexander, Tadashi Suzuki, Kristin Linklater, Trish Arnold and Barbara Houseman.

I believe that the integration of a self reflective yoga practice along with the techniques of mindful movement are beneficial, in fact critical, for our modern places of work.
